Security policy and standards document writer with risk management experience Open position:
What we are looking for
Euroclear is looking for someone who is creative detail-oriented and driven to support client services projects. You will support a team by coordinating creating and writing technical documents. Those will include work instructions standard operating procedures security policies and training content.
Our team needs to maintain a wide variety of documents and operational procedures.
Your mission will be to assist an several engineering teams in their journey to mature these documents and procedures. Candidates with risk management experience will be a big advantage.
The successful candidate will be accountable to
- Develop and write technical documentation that supports cybersecurity policies processes and procedures. This includes standard operating procedures incident response plans and other technical documents.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams subject matter experts and other stakeholders to gather information and develop technical documentation.
- Maintain knowledge of risk management framework and other cyber programs.
- Staying abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats and related the standard & procedures related to those. Having a strong basic technical knowledge/understanding of cybersecurity space will be a plus.
- Collaborating with team members diverse professional staff and reviewers to meet deadlines and produce high quality work products in accordance with in-house and client requirements
- Create templates reports and presentations for departmental presentations as well as executive level presentations.
- Label the documents with the appropriate classification.
- Upscale and ensure the quality of each document.
- Have a good understanding IRM framework (integrated risk management) and being capable of managing open outstanding risks (with the help of our internal risk management team)

Experience and education
- Bachelors degree with 3 years of experience working in a communications/technical writer role.
- Experience in cybersecurity and risk management is a big plus to be familiar with all the acronyms technical terms and cyber security detection & protection mechanisms
- Being strong on everything with O365 is a big plus (Office Suite sharepoint being a strong collaborator..)
