Job Summary
Who You Will Work With
You will work closely with internal stakeholders from US Headquarters to implement market Facility standards and translate them into operational actions. You will also collaborate with teams across Construction Finance Store Operations Legal and Sourcing to understand business needs support store operations and manage external Facility suppliers. Additionally you will maintain ongoing communication with store teams regarding updates and initiatives that impact Facility services.
Who We Are Looking For
Full proficiency in English and Spanish
25 years of experience in Facility-related roles within a retail environment
Ability to create and improve complex processes while identifying risks and opportunities
Comfort managing external suppliers and ensuring contractual follow-up
Experience handling multiple stakeholders projects and tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse business counterparts
Capability to prepare and present budgets investment cases and cost/quality reports
Flexibility for occasional business travel within Mexico
What You Will Work On
You will be responsible for securing Facility service delivery and driving operational excellence based on requirements and planned activities. This includes ensuring service quality through continuous monitoring of contractual compliance and proactive follow-up. You will create and maintain comprehensive Facility plans that cover scheduled preventive and urgent reactive maintenance needs.
You will also provide operational input for new store openings and remodels to support long-term OPEX and CAPEX optimization. Part of your role involves communicating key initiatives and updates that impact Facility services to store teams ensuring clarity and alignment. Additionally you will align Facility activities with overall store plans to optimize investments and running costs monitor quality and cost performance across stores to identify improvements and partner with Sourcing to source negotiate and manage external Facility suppliers.
