Who are we
National Indigenous Network Initiative (NINI) is an inclusive not-for-profit Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation based on Kaurna Country in Adelaide South Australia.
We are dedicated to truth-telling and advancing self-determination through culturally safe trauma-informed and strengths-based therapeutic care that nurtures healing strengthens social and emotional wellbeing and supports mental health.
We are proud to be launching the Aboriginal Social & Emotional Wellbeing Centre in partnership with Sonder and OARS Community Transitions jointly funded by the Commonwealth and South Australian Governments.
The Centre represents a new and exciting chapter for community connection healing and culture-led care.
About the Role

As an LGBTQIASB Peer Practitioner you will use your lived experience to create culturally affirming spaces support wellbeing journeys and strengthen identity and connection for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander LGBTQIASB Guests.
You will provide peer support foster community connection and contribute to building an inclusive healing-focused environment as part of the Aboriginal Social & Emotional Wellbeing Centre team.
