Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.
Your Role:
- Supervises operations of an opiate treatment program to include the direct supervision of the centers staff members and the treatment centers performance in the following key areas: operations staffing training compliance and customer service.
- Scheduling / supervision of the staff members training and professional development.
- Evaluation of the assigned clients progress in treatment implementation of company policies and procedures and
adherence to state federal and accrediting agency regulatory requirements. - Leadership skill development and mentoring of staff members.
- Execution and supervision of monthly quarterly and annual training programs to include the training of various staff members as well as training key leaders on the skills and knowledge necessary for them to train their team.
- Coordination of training and audit efforts by internal and external functional area experts and teams.
- Weekly team meetings and staff member crisis intervention meetings (i.e. behavioral problems high risk clients suicide incarceration emergency treatment center leave etc.)
- Serve as Corporate Compliance Officer for the center.
- Maintenance of center to ensure it is maintained at a high standard.
- Resolution of urgent and emergent issues regarding the treatment center before during and after regular office hours.
- Monitoring and addressing treatment program performance issues by: Maintaining daily weekly and monthly treatment center reports.
- Managing center revenue collections to achieve target collection rates.
- Monitor scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and minimize unnecessary overtime.
- Reporting of any work-related injury or illness or workplace hazards or security issues immediately to the HR Dept and ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure staff members are qualified by appropriate education credentials and training. And maintain their licensure/certification as required by the state federal and licensing authorities.
- Monitor compliance through testing periodic internal audits formal and informal surveys and by coordinating internal audits and third-party audit efforts.
- Responsible for driving Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives at the treatment center.
- Assist in all marketing and outreach plans ensuring a robust and active referral network.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Licensure as an LPN or RN in the state of Oregon.
- 5 years experience in A&D treatment experience in an opiate treatment program with 1-year administrative experience
- Or 4 years experience and bachelors degree in related field or 3 years experience and masters degree in a
related field from an accredited university. - Meet Oregon requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program
- Current drivers license
