Job Title: Finance Operations Analyst

Location: Manila Philippines

The Finance Operations Analyst is an integral member of the FSSC PS Finance & Operations Team and reports to the PS Finance Associate Manager. This role is responsible for providing financial and operational support globally through close coordination with the Finance and PS operation team to meet the business requirements and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project management- project setup in Genesys Project SFDC and Braavos; Timesheet management

  • Analyze PS projects time submissions vs. PS forecast file

  • Prepares Revenue accrual entries

  • Prepares monthly company cost transfer JE

  • Prepares Monthly Subcontractor accruals and related entries

  • Tracks Project profitability and cost analysis

  • Prepares various reports for management and team

  • Assists in the day-day operations of the business

  • Performs reconciliations

  • Works closely with the Professional Business Organization and various Finance team namely Order Management Revenue Team Accounts Payable team and General Accounting team.

  • Ensures account reconciliation reports and other accounting transactions adheres to Corporate policy local statutory & US GAAP standards and established controls

  • Assists with audits by providing supporting records and documentation

  • Evaluates processes and proposes improvements for operational efficiency

  • Provide necessary support to FSSC initiatives and other global projects as may be assigned.

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates of SOPs and workflow documentations and ensure effective and efficient applicability for present and future operations.

  • Support FSSC framework fostering an environment where excellence is celebrated and is conducive to change and adaptability.

  • Foster close collaboration across different FSSC teams to ensure alignment.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • BS Accountancy preferably CPA.

  • 2-4 years relevant experience in General Accounting or Project Accounting

  • High degree of accuracy and reliability in data processing and financial analysis

  • Tool / application experience preferred: MS Office Workday and Salesforce

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in working with a multinational company BPO or Shared Services Software/ Hi-Tech Industry

  • Willing to report in shifting schedules

  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and keen to details

  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with teammates and offshore contacts

  • Above average oral and written communication skills

  • Experience in Workday Blackline or similar ERP system
