To build and manage the national reform intelligence system track policy performance generate actionable insights and produce analytics reports for use by the Presidency and MDAs.

Key Responsibilities:

Architect the National Reform Tracker

Define KPIs with each MDA

Lead development of dashboards

Oversee policy analysts and researchers

Produce Weekly Intelligence Digests

Conduct cross-sector analysis

Manage all reform-related data pipelines

Requirements

710 years in analytics policy governance economics
Bachelors degree in Policy Economics Data Science or related field (Masters preferred)
Strong modelling and interpretation skills.
Proficiency with analytics tools (Python/R BI).
Strong leadership and quality assurance skills.
