Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Ensure efficient hiring processes from job requisition to candidate acceptance.
- Reduce turnaround time for closing positions.
2. Custodian Ownership:
- Develop and maintain job descriptions and training programs.
- Maintain KRA & KPI sheets for all employees.
- Collect onboarding feedback from new joiners.
3. Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement engagement surveys.
- Track absenteeism and retention through employee data.
- Ensure regular communication about wellness and engagement initiatives.
4. Training & Development:
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Design and deliver targeted training programs to bridge skill gaps.
5. Policies & Procedures:
- Draft and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Review and update policies annually.
6. Induction & Onboarding:
- Conduct induction sessions for new employees.
- Share HR policies work culture and expectations during onboarding.
- Monitor timely performance evaluations of new hires.
7. Performance Management System (PMS):
- Align employee goals with company objectives.
- Manage PMS cycle and resolve disputes if any.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
- 3-4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong interpersonal analytical and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.
