About the Role:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin & HR Executive to manage front office operations general administration and provide support in recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should be approachable detail-oriented and capable of handling day-to-day office coordination smoothly.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Front Office:
Manage reception duties - Greeting visitors handling calls and maintaining visitor records.
Coordinate office maintenance housekeeping and vendor management.
Manage stationery courier and office supplies inventory.
Assist in travel bookings meeting arrangements and event coordination.
Ensure smooth daily operations of the office and overall upkeep of the workplace.
Recruitment & HR Support:
Assist HR in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and internal panels.
Maintain candidate databases and interview trackers.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and job portals when required.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
1-3 years of proven experience in administration front office or recruitment support.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook).
Presentable and professional demeanor.
