We are Seeking an experienced Power BI Developer who will engage with internal teams to support in High Quality User interface Dashboards for various departments by analyzing & optimizing large data sets with help of infinite Power BI tools & functions.

What you will do:
Engage with the internal teams (finance sales Cloud business etc.) to consume business process understanding for specific areas.
Use obtained business understanding to create high quality performance dashboards on BI tools i.e. Power BI (primary BI) Tableau Qlik etc.
A logical approach to problem solving making rational decisions based on analysis of data from a wide range of sources.
Defining monitoring and reporting of KPIs KRIs for key tasks activities.
Evaluate IT tools and applications to enable auto (AI/ML based) business insights based on the dashboards and the raw data.
High comfort level with large volumes of data.
Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests troubleshooting and integrating new features.
Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems.
Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner.
Requirements
3-4 years of Power BI experience preferred.
Hands on experience writing complex DAX.
Experience with accounting/finance dashboards
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience leading or mentoring a team
Understanding of marketing and advertising analytic
