Golf Services Manager

Job Responsibilities

Liaison between Director of Golf/Head Professional and Golf Services staff executing expectations to the standards outlined pertaining to:
- First point of contact Member and Guest interactions
- Monitoring driving range usage
- Managing pace of play on the golf course
Responsible for managing Outside Golf Services such as Member and Guest greeting golf club washing golf cart cleaning/maintenance driving range operation.
Assist with tournament set up and other duties as assigned by the Director of Golf/Head Professional.
Interact and assist Members and guests on various issues.

Qualifications

Must excel in customer service skills.
Excellent public relations skills.
Must have very good time management and organizational skills.
Proven ability to work effectively within a team management structure.
Proven ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Member of the PGA of Canada considered an asset.
Knowledge of Golf Genius tournament software considered an asset.
