The role

As a Cost Specialist youll have a role thats out of the ordinary. Youll be at the heart of our Spares and Kitting business within the Nuclear Services workstream. This is a dynamic role where youll combine cost management with project controls ensuring financial accuracy and supporting key decision-making.

Day-to-day youll be

• Supporting cost engineers with financial reporting and project controls activities.
• Managing profit and loss accounts cash flow and account balancing.
• Presenting cost data and statistical insights to inform management decisions.
• Monitoring delivery performance against customer KPIs.
• Contributing to the development of our in-house finance forecasting system.

This is a permanent position working 37 hours per week. Hybrid working patterns are available with three days on-site based in Warrington Cheshire.

Essential experience of the Cost Specialist:

• Hands-on experience with profit and loss accounts cash flow and account balancing.
• Experience managing commercial elements of contracts including payment terms and conditions.
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.

Qualifications for the Cost Specialist:

• Degree in a relevant field (preferred)

Security Clearance
