Job Summary
Your Next Destination lawpilots
As VP Marketing you will lead lawpilots marketing function into its next phase of growth. You will own the enterprise marketing strategy for the DACH region build vertical go-to-market approaches and position lawpilots as the trusted partner for regulatory learning. Youll report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer be part of the leadership circle and collaborate closely with Sales Product and Customer Success to drive growth visibility and impact.

- Buildindustry-specificnarratives andcampaignstopositionlawpilotsasthevendorofchoicefordigitalcompliancetraining.
- Owndemandgenerationandaccount-basedmarketingprogramsincludingpaiddigital SEO/SEMevents andpartnermarketing.
- Lead coach and develop a team of6FTEswhileremaininghands-on in campaign design content creation and digital execution.
- Strengthenbrandvisibilityandreputationthroughstorytellingthoughtleadership and PR/analystrelations.
- PartnercloselywithSalestodriveenterprisepipelinegrowthand wall-to-walladoptionacrosskeyaccounts.
- Managemarketinganalyticsandreportingtoensuredata-drivenoptimizationandaccuratepipelineattribution.
- Planfutureteamstructurebudget and organizational designasARRgrows.
What you bring on board - Your profile
You are a hands-on marketing leader with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or tech scale-ups. You combine strategic thinking with executional excellence and bring a strong enterprise mindset.
You have:
- Severalyearsofexperiencein B2Bdemandgeneration ABM andenterprisemarketing.
- Strongexpertiseinbrandpositioningstorytelling anddata-drivendecisionmaking.
- Solidexperiencewithmarketingautomationand CRMtools(e.g.HubSpot Salesforce).
- FluencyinGerman and English(both).
- A collaborative leadership style with a growth-oriented results-driven mindset.
- Experience ine-learning HRtechregtechorcomplianceisa plus.

- We warmly welcome you anytime to our office at Potsdamer Platz but you can also choose a hybrid or fully remote work model.
- You can organize your working hours flexibly and if you wish and upon agreement make use of a workation within Europe.
- We offer 28 vacation days plus one additional day per year up to a maximum of 30 days. On Christmas Eve and New Years Eve our office remains closed.
- We support your social engagement and grant you two additional days off per year for this purpose.
- We subsidize sports lunch or public transport up to 50/month.
