POSITION SUMMARY:
The Client Account Manager is responsible for executing outbound calls for various campaigns related to the existing business clientele (renewal campaigns cross-selling campaigns etc.). Executing the tactical plans and campaigns put forward the Client Account Manager is responsible for positioning Cogecos offerings in these market segments and achieving the set objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve and exceed sales revenue targets for all products on both an overall and incremental basis.
- Conduct sales generate and follow up on opportunities with potential clients make sales presentations/demonstrations establish/maintain professional business relationships identify the needs of potential clients and close sales while respecting deadlines and quality standards in the small business market.
- Maintain and manage their own sales funnel in Salesforce to maximize sales opportunities.
- Plan and organize sales activities to meet volume standards for market coverage opportunity generation and closed sales.
- Submit all documents related to sales activities and ensure their accuracy (adequate management of the sales funnel).
- Assist as needed in responding to requests from other functional units and participate in special projects or perform other tasks as required.
- As part of their employment employees must take all necessary measures to ensure their own health and safety as well as that of their colleagues and the public in general. At all times they must wear the available personal protective equipment and comply with all health and safety policies procedures directives and instructions issued by Cogeco.
- The incumbent must always keep in mind that the performance of their work supports Cogecos ultimate goal of offering excellent service to its current and potential customers.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Three (3) years of experience in a sales environment during which you achieved excellent sales results in the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) sector.
Experience in diversified sales situations is an asset.
Experience in business sales (B2B) is highly desirable.
SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
Excellent negotiation skills and strong influencing ability in addition to leadership qualities to successfully complete sales files.
Ability to work with and manipulate a CRM.
Motivated and performance-driven with the ability to work under pressure.
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and identify sales opportunities and is committed to contributing to the organizations success.
Attentive listener and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
Interpersonal skills with a positive and professional attitude toward customer service.
Motivated with the ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
Organized and able to evaluate the quality of their own work.
Open to change with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude toward work and contribution to teams.
Bilingualism will be a significant asset (written and oral).
Valid drivers license.
Must own a personal vehicle for business travel.
