Our customers are professionals in the nuclear and medical sectors primarily based in Sweden and Norway.
As a Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing technical support and assistance primarily via email and occasionally by phone. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries updating and managing customer data and resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency.
Our mission is to deliver exceptional customer care and go the extra mile to ensure every customers satisfaction.
You will be comfortable with phone conversations and crafting personalized responses to customer requests acting as a trusted advisor and contributing to long-term customer relationships.
What you can expect:
- Be part of a small collaborative team within an international company.
- Work closely with a full-time Customer Service Representative and an Inside Sales colleague based in Hovås as well as a backup Customer Service colleague in France.
- Report to the EMEA Customer Service Manager (based in France) and interact regularly with colleagues in Production Sales Finance Technical Support and IT (in English).
Position Details:
- Part-time (50%)
- Availability required between the 1st and 15th of each month to meet contractual commitments with key customers.
- Opportunities to participate in team activities such as padel and corporate events with the FHS Hovås team.
Responsibilities:
- Support customers with product and service questions via email and telephone calls
- Open new customer accounts and update existing accounts
- Enter orders
- Initiate corrective action when necessary to resolve complex customer requests or needs
- Provide assistance and guidance on customer web-portal
- Handle credits and various invoice questions
- Answer shipping questions and other logistics assistance
- Process master data and client lists accurately
Qualifications and skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with multiple IT platforms proficiency with Email Excel Word
- Ability to deal with data that is of a sensitive and confidential nature
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively
- Effective decision-making skills coupled with the ability to problem solve
- Ability to track errors and escalate to other departments
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Ability to work independently
- Results driven
