We are looking for two Team Leads to supervise teams coordinate design reviews and deliver project outcomes:
- Team Lead (Civil/Structural): Project Manager Design Review Coordinator with a civil or structural engineering background.
- Team Lead (Renewable Energy): Project Manager Design Review Coordinator with a renewable energy (electrical) background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day supervision and coaching of team members in line with GHDs values and strategy.
- Partner with Business Group Leader in managing workload resource allocation and securing new work.
- Drive technical delivery excellence and ensure project and client outcomes are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients industry networks and internal stakeholders.
- Support team members throughout the employment lifecycle including onboarding performance planning and professional development.
- Promote a safe and inclusive working environment aligned with GHDs HSE and Quality frameworks.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven leadership and project management experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to mentor others.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to influence and foster collaboration within diverse teams.
- Client-focused mindset with agility in providing solutions.
- Relevant professional qualifications and accreditation suited to the discipline.
