Technical Support & Customer Advisor with Dutch Athens

We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Greece included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Greek employer.

The project:

A global consumer electronics project focused on delivering quality products at honest pricing. We are seeking a Technical Support & Customer Advisor to support users with accuracy professionalism and care.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls chats and emails
• Identify and assess customers needs to ensure satisfaction
• Provide accurate valid and complete information using the correct tools and methods
• Perform troubleshooting steps according to technical support standards
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions process accounts and file documentation
• Follow internal communication procedures guidelines and policies

To succeed in this role you will need:

• Dutch language proficiency at C2 level
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Strong phone contact handling abilities and active listening
• Customer-oriented mindset with adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
• Good to strong PC handling skills
• Basic understanding of technical support concepts

What you will gain:

• Base salary: 1450 EUR gross
• Full training program: 2 weeks (1 week theory 1 week hands-on practice with tools/products)
• Monthly performance bonus: up to 10%
• Welcome bonus: 100 EUR per month during the first year

IF YOU ARE MOVING FROM ABROAD:

• 4 weeks of paid Airbnb accommodation in a 1-bedroom apartment.
• Flight reimbursement up to 300 EUR and airport transfer reimbursement up to 40 EUR.
• Support in finding permanent housing after arrival.
• Relocation cash bonus: 100 EUR in a Meal Voucher Visa Card after completing the first month.
