WhatWork You Willbe Responsible For:
Prepare and review tax returns for individuals partnerships corporations and other entities ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients andmaintainrelationshipswith firmleadership.
Develop a working knowledge of the clients business take responsibility for completing assigned tasks and meet clientdeadlines.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws regulations and accounting standards and proactively apply new knowledge to client engagements.
Collaborate with other tax professionals within the firm to coordinate efforts share knowledge and ensure efficient and effective delivery of taxservices.
Mentor and coach junior team members.
Professional Development:Participatein training programs and professional development activities to enhance technical knowledge and develop industry-specificexpertise.
Basic Qualifications:
BachelorsDegree inAccountingor equivalent field is
2 years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Masters Degree inTaxationor relevant field
CPA(Certified Public Accountant)or parts passed towards completionORIRS (Internal Revenue Service)Enrolled Agent Certification
Experience usingGoSystemsor CCHAxcesstax software

80000and
115000The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
