業務内容
- 契約内容薬事法GCPSOPなどの関連法規を遵守しプロジェクト全体を統括
- 業務内容の把握と計画立案社内各部門との調整クライアントとの折衝
- プロジェクトマネジャーとして部門横断的なチームをリードしプロジェクトの立ち上げから完了までを管理
- タイムラインコスト人員の管理を通じてマイルストーン達成と品質確保を推進
- クライアントとの関係構築維持を通じて満足度向上と利益確保を実現
- 電話やTeamsなどを活用した情報共有アラインメントの支援
求める経験スキル
- 医薬品開発におけるプロジェクトマネジメント経験または開発業務のリーダー経験
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- オンコロジー領域での経験があれば尚可
- PMPProject Management Professional資格保有者歓迎
- CROでの勤務経験がある方歓迎
