About the Position
We are looking to hire a Junior Recruiter to support our Recruiting team as we identify interview and hire interns and new graduates into our Trading teams.
Hiring the right people is one of the most important parts of our business. We have developed a dynamic recruitment strategy and engaging interview process to find and hire some of the best and brightest new talent from all corners of the world.
Our campus trading recruitment efforts are growing quickly and were looking for someone to help us keep the momentum going. Youll work alongside our seasoned recruiting team delivering exceptional candidate management as well as being thoughtful about the strategy behind our approach. Your day-to-day work will involve facilitating interviews maintaining real time updates in our applicant tracking system and assisting with various recruitment events. You will also be instrumental in helping to plan improve and run our internship program as well as our in-house programs.
Our ability to get the little things right is what drives our recruiting success and we pride ourselves on creating connections with our candidates aiming to be responsive and helpful during the entire recruitment lifecycle. The right candidate for this position will be highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a roll-up-your-sleeves no-job-too-small attitude. The ability to balance efficiency with genuine empathy for candidates will make you a valuable addition to all aspects of the team.
About You
- 2-4 years of professional recruiting experience
- Eager to learn new skills and make an immediate impact
- Able to communicate clearly with colleagues and candidates
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and a no-job-too-small attitude
- Approachable and humble attitude about what you do and dont know; not afraid to ask for help when needed
- Self-starter who can manage several projects and priorities simultaneously
- Naturally curious about the operations of the firm and how recruiting fits into the bigger picture
- Willing to travel to campus events and conferences as needed
- No financial industry experience required
- Fluency in English required
