Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a CT Technologist for a job in Atlanta GA.
Responsibilities:
Perform all CT imaging procedures according to department protocols.
Operate CT scanners safely and efficiently for both emergency and inpatient cases.
Assist in a high-volume fast-paced CT department particularly supporting ED and inpatient needs.
Ensure high-quality imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort.
Review and verify physician orders patient history and contraindications before scanning.
Maintain proper documentation and update imaging records in the EMR.
Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure accurate diagnostic results.
Follow radiation safety guidelines and departmental standards.
Requirements:
Active ARRT (CT) certification required.
AHA BLS certification required.
Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience.
Strong experience in a busy CT environment including ED and inpatient imaging.
