Job Summary
Job Title: CNA LTC
Location: Anchorage AK
Type: Contract
Schedule:12-hour shifts (36 hrs/week)
Pay Rate: From $25/hr
Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking CNA LTC for an exciting Travel or Local job in Anchorage AK.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with ADLs including bathing dressing grooming feeding and toileting
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
Support mobility through safe transfers repositioning and ambulation
Maintain a clean safe and supportive environment for residents
Document all care provided according to facility policies
Provide compassionate and respectful care within a long-term care setting
Work collaboratively with nursing staff to promote quality resident care
Qualifications:
Active CNA certification (Alaska)
Previous LTC or SNF experiencerequired
Ability to work 12-hour shifts consistently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to safely lift transfer and assist residents
