Job Title: Desktop Support

Location: Austin TX 78701 (Onsite)
Job Description:The Desktop Support Technician will provide front-line technical assistance to end users responding to inbound calls and emails in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing information related to customer issues and determining the best method for resolution. The technician will perform basic support tasks such as password resets printer setups break/fix troubleshooting website content updates account creation and hardware configuration during onboarding. Additional duties include supporting audio/video equipment in conference rooms and handling more advanced issues when documented solutions are available. Proper documentation of all support interactions in the tracking system is essential along with escalating issues when needed and communicating observed trends to management.
Experience Requirements (Converted from Table to Text Format):
3 years Required: Proven experience delivering superior customer service across multiple channels including written communication verbal communication and in-person interactions.
2 years Required: Experience working with users of varying levels of technical proficiency.
2 years Required: Experience supporting computers using relevant software and systems (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite Windows 10 Adobe tools) and troubleshooting information systems.
1 year Required: Experience working with Active Directory.
1 year Required: Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure.
1 year Preferred: Strong desire to grow and advance within an organization with significant opportunities for development.
1 year Preferred: Demonstrated ambition and motivation to progress professionally within an evolving environment.
