Responsibilities:

Represent clients in Family Law Employment Law or Personal Injury matters including litigation mediation and settlement negotiations.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings motions discovery responses settlement agreements and other legal documents.
Manage a diverse caseload from initial consultation through resolution.
Provide clear legal advice and counsel to clients while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Prepare for and appear in court hearings depositions arbitrations and mediations.
Develop case strategies and collaborate with internal staff paralegals and other attorneys as needed.
Maintain accurate case files documentation and billing records.
Stay current on relevant laws regulations and legal precedents.

$70000 - $100000 a year

This position features base salary plus bonuses total comp potential up to 130k.
