Care Home Manager
Up to 65000 per annum Residential & Dementia Care
Our client a trusted and values-led care provider is looking for an experienced and motivated Care Home Manager to oversee two small well-established services offering residential and dementia care.This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated leader who is ready to take the reins of two homes and continue their journey towards excellence with a strong focus on quality care and positive outcomes.
As Care Home Manager you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational performance of both services. With a strong team already in place your role will be to lead inspire and ensure the delivery of outstanding care while driving continuous improvement across both homes.
What Were Looking For:
- Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- A proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
- Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A clear understanding of regulatory compliance and safeguarding frameworks
- Commercial awareness and business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive performance
- A compassionate forward-thinking approach to care

- Mentor and develop staff fostering a culture of kindness accountability and excellence
- Lead on audits action planning and service development initiatives
- Ensure the homes operate smoothly safely and in line with best practices in dementia care
