Care Home Manager

Up to 65000 per annum Residential & Dementia Care

Our client a trusted and values-led care provider is looking for an experienced and motivated Care Home Manager to oversee two small well-established services offering residential and dementia care.This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated leader who is ready to take the reins of two homes and continue their journey towards excellence with a strong focus on quality care and positive outcomes.

As Care Home Manager you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operational performance of both services. With a strong team already in place your role will be to lead inspire and ensure the delivery of outstanding care while driving continuous improvement across both homes.

What Were Looking For:

Current or recent experience as a Registered Care Home Manager
Level 5 in Health and Social Care
A proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings
Strong knowledge of dementia care and residential care standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A clear understanding of regulatory compliance and safeguarding frameworks
Commercial awareness and business acumen with the ability to manage budgets and drive performance
A compassionate forward-thinking approach to care

Key Responsibilities:

Provide effective leadership across two small residential and dementia care services
Maintain and improve standards of care ensuring homes meet and exceed CQC regulations
Manage staffing budgets and resources to ensure financial sustainability and high-quality service delivery
Build positive relationships with residents families professionals and the wider community
Mentor and develop staff fostering a culture of kindness accountability and excellence
Lead on audits action planning and service development initiatives
Ensure the homes operate smoothly safely and in line with best practices in dementia care
