About the Job
Support and optimize website SEO: keyword research on-page updates technical checks and performance tracking.
Analyze organic performance using GA4 Search Console and SEO tools providing insights for content and website improvements.
Maintain and update CRM systems (Attio) ensuring clean data correct lead routing and lifecycle stages.
Assist in setting up and improving lead nurturing flows scoring models and automated email sequences.
Build and test simple automation workflows based on user behavior (e.g. page visits form submissions).
Maintain basic dashboards and reports to monitor SEO and CRM funnel performance.
Stay informed on SEO and CRM automation best practices to improve processes and overall efficiency.
ABOUT YOU
You have initial experience in SEO and/or CRM systems (working student junior role internship or freelance).
You are familiar with keyword research metadata on-page SEO and basic technical checks.
Youve worked with or are eager to learn CRM tools and automation workflows.
You are organized analytical and enjoy working with data and structured processes.
You can work independently and collaborate in a cross-functional team.
Your university must be willing to provide a training agreement
Proficient in English; German is a plus.
