Job Summary
Join University Home Care Inc as a Registered Nurse in Saline MI where youll provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in their this role you will play a vital part in supporting patients health andwell being by delivering personalized care plans and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and treatments to patients in their homes according to care plans and physician orders.
- Assess patient health conditions and monitor progress reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments interventions and outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety infection control and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients families and team members.
- Ability to work independently with good organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to visit patients in the community.
