Working Hours/Shift:
THURS - SAT: 7 AM - 7:30 PM

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):
- Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Graduate from an accredited school of registered nursing Bachelors degree preferred.
- One (1) year of experience with seriously emotionally disturbed children adolescents and adults in a mental health care setting preferred.
- One (1) year supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to pass facility Medication Test
- Current CPR certification
- First Aid certification
- Valid California Drivers License
How you will make a difference (job overview):
The Registered Nurse is the treatment team member who is responsible for overseeing all nursing duties and related nursing activities for clients. The Registered Nurse is also responsible for the supervision of the nursing department staff assigned to their respective shift.
Division/Program Overview:
- 24/7 outpatient program
- Rapid mental health assessment crisis intervention and medication support
- Walk-ins welcome
- Clients may stay up to 24 hours
- An adult unit equipped to serve 12 adults (ages 18 and up)
- A BHUCC unit equipped to serve six teens (ages 13 to 17)

In accordance with California law the grade for this position is 35.06 - 56.09. Placement within the grade is determined based on experience internal equity and other factors permitted by law.
