As a Technical Project Manager in Payments Technology you will lead complex technology projects and programs that advance business objectives and modernize the firms product offerings. You will apply your broad technical expertise to develop innovative solutions manage resources and budgets and coordinate cross-functional teams. Job Responsibilities

• Break Down Complex Objectives:Analyze and decompose complex business technical and operational goals into actionable tasks applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with engineering product and business stakeholders to define program scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Performance Analysis & Optimization:Use advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance identify improvement opportunities and implement data-driven optimizations for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Agile & Innovation Leadership:Champion agile methodologies and technical solutions fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
• Technical Solution Delivery:Contribute to the development and implementation of technical solutions including identifying key technologies or platforms and managing vendor relationships.
• Resource Optimization:Optimize allocation of people budget and technology resources to effectively plan schedule and advance project and program initiatives.
• Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain productive relationships with cross-functional teams and clients to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Risk Management & Compliance:Support risk management by making informed decisions in accordance with the firms policies ensuring project success and regulatory compliance.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills

• Project Management Tools:Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Education & Experience:Bachelors degree or equivalent certification required and a minimum of 5 years in project management with a strong understanding of technology and exposure to financial services.
• Leadership & Relationship Management:Excellent leadership interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
• Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present to senior management.
• Language Skills:Fluent in English and Portuguese
