- Project Management Tools:Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Education & Experience:Bachelors degree or equivalent certification required and a minimum of 5 years in project management with a strong understanding of technology and exposure to financial services.
- Leadership & Relationship Management:Excellent leadership interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results.
- Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present to senior management.
