Business Partner

We currently have an opportunity for a Finance Business Partner in Melbourne to join our Health and Education team and play a key in driving innovative financial solutions that deliver measurable impact and sustainable growth. Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

• Serve as a trusted financial advisor providing clear strategic insights that help leaders make confident decisions.
• Drive end-to-end financial planning forecasting and analysis to keep performance on track and deliver results.
• Lead initiatives that promote sustainable cost management and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to implement best practices and enhance operational efficiency across the business.
• Support contract performance and uncover growth opportunities through robust financial modelling and analysis.
  
  

What Youll Bring

• A degree in Accounting Business or Commerce; CPA/CA qualifications highly regarded.
• Proven experience in financial management within complex environments with strong commercial acumen.
• Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in budgeting forecasting and ERP systems.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams fostering collaboration and trust.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering results.
