Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned technology executive to lead and drive execution in our Wealth Management business in India. As a Senior Executive you will be part of a global management team and help in developing and executing a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of the Wealth Management division driving advisor productivity online investments and growing our clients by supporting our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leadership in technology roles within the financial services or wealth management industry.
Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Technology Leadership:
As the site leader for the WM business oversee the hiring process to ensure acquisition of skilled and diverse talent foster staff motivation through recognition and career development opportunities and promote a culture of innovation. Lead the digital transformation efforts driving the adoption of innovative technologies to modernize wealth management processes and elevate client engagement.
Digital Platform Leadership:
As a technology lead you would oversee technical aspects of the marketing and investments data platform. This includes development implementation and maintenance of the platforms ensuring its alignment with business goals. As the technology partner for IXS data platform you will collaborate with multiple lines of businesses to ensure data delivery and quality to our online platforms and for marketing you will collaborate with other digital teams to optimize platform performance and improve time to market for delivery. Leading our affluent teams delivering on our growth strategy across the entire retail ecosystem within the bank.
Collaboration:
Foster a culture of collaboration between technology and product teams to drive successful project delivery. Collaborate with key stakeholders and management to drive department and firm wide programs.
This role requires a variety of strengths and capabilities including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise in Resource Management; Technological Organizational and/or Operational Change Management; Portfolio Management; Conflict Resolution; Negotiation; Budget/Financial Management including Business Case Completion; Controls; and Partnership and Influence
- In-depth knowledge of at least one technology discipline (e.g. software delivery infrastructure management)
- Ability to lead large collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals and passionate about building an innovative culture
- Strategic planning (e.g. roadmap creation and execution)
- Experience in large-scale software development in one or more of the programming languages
