The Position
Lead the team to develop Xofluza hospital outsourced & offline trade channel strategies and marketing activities to increase market share and meet the growth ambition
Strategic Planning and Excellent Execution
- Develop Channel strategy and activities for hospital distributors & retail pharmacy with systematic planning
- Develop and formulate proven model for OS channel and replicate it nationally based on channel insights competition and incentives
- Develop seasoned activity and plan including pharmacist training in-store education as well as member education
- Work closely with internal stakeholders MCE medical public education HCP marketing legal and finance team to achieve financial goal
Team Management
- Provide leadership coaching mentoring direction to staff including hiring manpower allocation performance management training and professional development
- Lead team to work closely and collaboratively with cross functions to combine resources and drive win-win solution.
Manage turnover develop high potential employees and provide career development opportunities for team development
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
- Bachelor or above
- Medical marketing commerce preferred

- Deep know-how of trade & hospital channel with proven record and knowledge on distributor management & business model

- MNC background
- 10 years and above experience in marketing and/sales
- 5 years Pharmaceutical or relevant marketing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing)
- Strong execution capability cross-functional communication
