Investing years into R&D to create the safest containment system in the world and taking on the industry status quo to petition for higher standards in sharps protection we witnessed an 80 percent reduction in disposal-related needlestick injuries nationwide. The Role:
We are looking to add a highly organized Customer Service Advocate who will play an active impactful role in supporting our current and growing Customer Service team within the Abbotsford Business Unit.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming requests via emails and phone calls; scheduled services updating orders and/ or providing general information to our clients about our products and services.
- Receive log and thoroughly investigate customer concerns escalating complex or sensitive matters to the Customer Service Manager to deliver trusted high-quality support
- Assist with completion of daily documentation for our route drivers and provide detailed information to update our systems while maintaining 100% accuracy.
- Monitoring timely reporting and verify the accuracy of all paperwork submitted by drivers and plant personnel to ensure precise and consistent reporting.
- Oversee completion of filing/ record keeping both paper and electronic.
- Requirements & Skills:
- 2 years of customer service experience within retail hospitality manufacturing or transportation setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce is highly valued.
- Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of administrative process and procedures A positive can-do attitude and approach to responsibilities with an ability to meet new challenges and changes with an open mind.
