Lexus of Naperville is seeking professional top- notch and driven Greeter/Cafe Barista to join our team! If you are a believer of integrity and customer satisfaction we would love to speak to you. No experience necessary we will teach you the skills needed to have a fulfilling and successful career in the automotive business. Perfect for local college students and retirees! Monday - Fridays 1p.m. - 7 p.m. and Saturdays (required) Open availability. Flexible on the weekdays. Position pays $16 per hour. Plenty of opportunity for growth.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to the dealership with a warm and friendly attitude
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any questions or concerns
- Take orders and prepare a variety of coffee and other beverages in the café
- Maintain a clean and organized café and work area
- Assist with stocking and restocking café supplies
- Communicate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Provide additional support to other departments as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service and/or food and beverage service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed
