Job Summary

Cedar Park Med is seeking an experienced and licensed Occupational Therapist to work with students and make a positive impact on their education.

This is a full-time position Monday through Friday during school hours.


The selected Occupational Therapist is responsible for evaluating planning and implementing occupational therapy assessments and treatment appropriate for each student. Requires occasional travel as needed for student care.

Duties:

  • Evaluation planning directing and administering of treatment to students
  • Directing and evaluating the activities program including comprehensive assessments care plans and individualized approaches to each student
  • Complete student evaluation and plan of occupational therapy program
  • Interviewing students and families
  • Perform treatment plans progress and summary reports and service notes for each student
  • Contribute to and maintain the standards of care
  • Occasional travel to the requested location as needed for student care

Requirements:

  • Valid South Carolina state Occupational Therapist license.
  • Graduate of an accredited program with a BS MA/MS in Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum (2) two years of experience in direct occupational therapy care experience with pediatrics preferred
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must pass required background checks.
