Job Summary

A well established Beaufort law firm seeks a Family Law / Matrimony paralegal to join their growing practice!

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a minimum of 3 years of SC family law experience
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
Must have excellent time management skills organized and the ability to multi-task
Must have proficient knowledge of computers
Communicate well with others

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Draft legal documents such as pleadings orders etc.
Prepare pleadings for filing and drafting certificates of service/mailing
Maintain case files
Assist in billing
Assist with discovery
Monitor county dockets
Accurate calendaring
Other support duties assigned by attorney.
