The CBU Leader serves as a senior growth and delivery leader responsible for owning a multi-account portfolio of $30M in revenue with full P&L accountability and a mandate to achieve hyper growth strong profitability and exceptional client value.
This is a true player-coach role: you will directly lead strategic accounts while also developing and enabling a team of Client Partners. You will shape C-suite relationships create new opportunities and elevate Blend360s position as a trusted transformation partner across data analytics digital modernization and emerging AI capabilities.
Portfolio focus spans Retail and CPG sectors.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing large client relationships driving consulting-led growth and delivering business value through data analytics and emerging AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full P&L for the Client Business Unit ensuring sustained revenue growth strong margin performance and operational excellence.
- Oversee and grow a $30M portfolio across multiple major accounts.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies in collaboration with Client Partners leveraging Blend360s data analytics and AI offerings to expand client relationships
- Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement strategic advisory and superior delivery performance
- Drive new client acquisition in similar industry vertical domains (as existing accounts)
- Coach and mentor Client Partners fostering a culture of growth accountability and collaboration across teams
- Partner with the Consulting and Solutioning teams to design high-impact data-driven solutions addressing clients evolving business challenges
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives shaping transformation agendas and identifying opportunities for innovation and business value
- Lead employee engagement and development within the CBU promoting a high-performance people-first culture
- Shape and accelerate clients modernization automation and AI adoption initiatives.
Qualifications :
- 1820 years of progressive experience in client management consulting leadership or business growth roles within data analytics digital transformation or technology services.
- Proven record of managing and growing a $30M portfolio with full P&L accountability.
- Demonstrated success scaling multi-million-dollar accounts and driving profitable expansion.
- Strong familiarity with AI/ML analytics automation agentic AI and enterprise modernization initiatives.
- Experience with Retail and CPG clients is highly desirable.
- Strong business acumen and consulting orientation; able to link data-driven insights to strategic outcomes.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
- Strong commercial mindset with disciplined financial management.
- Exceptional communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial growth-oriented and thrive in a fast-scaling environment.
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
