Job Summary
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
*The position is expected to start June 2026.*
During this 10 week internship program our Sales Interns will get a firsthand look at the life of a field sales employee.
The intern will also receive mentoring/training in the following:
- 1-on-1 mentoring with senior executives
- Ride along with experienced sales reps during customer visits
- Participate and network during our mid-year sales conference
- Opportunity to contribute to high level sales strategy projects
- Small group discussion sessions on Continentals go-to-market strategies
Portions of the program will require travel to various locations across the US with all travel expenses covered by Continental.
Qualifications :
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
- Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program pursuing a degree in sales or related field
- Expected graduation date 12/2026 or 5/2027
- Able to work 40 hours per week during normal business hours travel
- Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8
- Intermediate/Advance Microsoft Office skills (Word Outlook Excel)
- Must be able to travel up to 50%
- Must have valid drivers license with responsible driving record
- Must be 21 years old (for car rentals)
