Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts providing exceptional service and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the insurance industry a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $80000 - $110000 annually (commensurate with experience)
- Benefits:

Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse book of business with premium volume spanning a wide range of account sizes.
- Provide day-to-day servicing of accounts including policy renewals endorsements and client inquiries.
- Handle accounts across various industries including bonds oil & gas coal municipalities construction and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
- Utilize AMS360 agency management system to manage accounts and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure seamless account management.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Preferred: 10 years of experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 or similar agency management systems.
- Soft Skills:
- Eager and proactive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
