- Provide the VP with timely information and support
- Coordinate the VPs schedule: meetings calls internal reviews and external briefings
- Perform various ad hoc tasks for the VP
- Manage operational workflows within the department to ensure smooth task execution
- Conduct research gather data and prepare analytical summaries and insights
- Coordinate communication between internal teams external partners and vendors
- Maintain control of the companys tracking system
- Oversee process and report management
- Prepare reports documentation meeting notes memos and presentation materials
- Assist in organizing off-sites online events reviews and strategy sessions
Qualifications :
- At least 1 year of experience as a Coordinator Business Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Upper-Intermediate (or higher) level of spoken and writtenEnglish
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
- Strong analytical skills to support accurate data reporting and ensure data integrity
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to delivering precise and high-quality work
- Ability to switch between tasks quickly and work independently
WILL BE A PLUS
- Skills in creating structured presentations (PowerPoint Canva or Figma)
- Experience in the IT industry
