Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum) to work with IT Delivery and Business Stakeholders to define requirements create user stories and support the delivery of digital solutions in a manufacturing environment. The role involves requirements analysis documentation and collaboration within an Agile team.
Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
Create and refine user stories acceptance criteria process flows and test cases.
Support backlog prioritization and ensure clarity of requirements.
Validate delivered solutions with Product Owner and stakeholders.
Work in an Agile environment contributing to continuous delivery and iterative improvement.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business IT or related field.
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
Strong analytical documentation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; fluent in English.
Experience with Agile/Scrum SDLC and tools like JIRA Confluence Visio.
Nice to have: Supply chain or logistics knowledge ERP experience (Oracle EBS SAP) PL/SQL or EDI familiarity.
