Job Summary
- Oversees the outlet reservations system by ensuring accurate bookings and table assignments handles outlet reservations cancellations and modifications and coordinates with the department to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provides exceptional customer service to guests builds and maintains relationships with guests and clients and generates reports on reservation trends.
- Supervises develops and trains dining reservation agents to ensure excellent service and efficient operations and monitors and evaluates performance through feedback and coaching.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an asset.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in dining reservations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership verbal and written communication skills service-oriented with a keen sense of detail.
- Proficiency in relevant software such as Resdiary and Microsoft applications.
