Job Summary
Description
- Process Definition with the following deliverables: Layout Line Balance Cell/Line Design Material Presentation Tooling and Fixturing Process Documentation Training and FPY
- Business Unit and Functional KPIs tracking and performance: Scrap Operation Supplies Change Over Standard Hrs
- Cost Reduction Projects
- Lean / Operational System Implementation within Business Unit: Standard Work SMED Poke-Yoke
- Root Cause Analysis Preventive and Corrective Actions Implementation
- Safety & Ergonomics: Responsible to lead (in conjunction with functional team) Job Safety Analysis evaluation to detect correct or mitigate safety risks and exposures
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3years experienced in manufacturingprocess.
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Bilingual. 90% (English spanish)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret customer quality requirements.
- Computer skills in MS tools
- Should be creative and should posses ability to use modern technology in Electronic manufacturing process
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet the expected goals within time using advance technologies in electronic manufacturing area
