What impact youll make
As an Intern of the Power Conversion & Storage (PCS) Global Services team you will be an active contributor to support regional organizations (P&Ls) to improve their service commercial performance. Carry out multiple analysis to support GE Power Conversions services growth strategy.
Job Description
What youll do (Job Responsibilities)
- Monitor and report out Services KPI/TTI and support regions to perform analytics and understand areas of improvement
- Interact with key stakeholders to develop salesforce reports dashboards and drive the adoption of SmartGROW to enable better insights
- Work with product leader to review and update our Services SAS in SFDC Smartgrow
- Support regional organization (P&Ls) to improve their commercial campaign performance/ grow volume of customer order achieved.
- Driving campaign process adherence across regions/people & continuous improvement.
- Perform analytics on SAS installed base & campaigns launched to enable effectiveness.
- Ensure projects with Service handover completed are fully updated in ServiceMax
- Drive adoption of 360 customer portal by working with P&Ls
What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Power BI & Tableau to produce numerical analysis and dashboards
- Very numerate
- Ability to understand complex commercial issues and communicate them simply
- Strong interpersonal & leadership skills ability to work with people from different functions or regions.
- Fluent in English with strong writing & communication skills
