Job Summary
- Support the product lifecycle for development of our Shawbrook App from concept to delivery ensuring timely releases with measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and UX specialists to deliver high-quality products.
- Contribute to innovation across the product portfolio with a focus on customer experience simplicity and scalability.
- Partner with Technology Data Risk Compliance and Marketing to deliver seamless and secure digital experiences.
- Translate customer insights data analytics and market trends into actionable product decisions.
- Assist in driving customer acquisition engagement and retention through differentiated product offerings.
- Represent the voice of the customer in product development discussions.
- Ensure all product development is compliant with regulatory frameworks and aligned with industry standards.
- Foster a culture of experimentation continuous improvement and performance-driven outcomes.
Qualifications :
- Some experience in product management or a related field.
- Understanding of product management frameworks agile methodologies and customer-led innovation.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and align product vision with business strategy.
- Basic commercial acumen with an ability to connect product performance to business impact.
- Familiarity with emerging financial technologies (e.g. open banking embedded finance real-time payments) is a plus.
- Strong communication negotiation and storytelling skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in using data and insights to make informed customer-first product decisions.
