Location: Ashburn VA 20147
Type: Contract
Shift: 9:15 AM 4:45 PM
Pay Rate: $25/hour

Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant to support individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities due to age disability illness or recovery. The PCA will help maintain a safe comfortable and supportive environment while promoting client independence.

Responsibilities:

Assist with ADLs including bathing grooming dressing toileting and mobility.
Support meal preparation feeding and basic nutrition needs.
Provide medication reminders per care plan.
Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning laundry and organizing.
Assist with ambulation and transfers using safe techniques.
Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team.
Offer companionship and engage clients in social or recreational activities.
Follow established care plans safety guidelines and procedures.
Accompany clients to appointments or community activities as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of provided services.

Skills & Qualifications:

Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred (not required).
Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassion patience and professionalism.
Physical ability to lift or assist clients safely.
Basic understanding of health and safety practices.
