Under close supervision assists in the creation of design specifications for a limited variety of complex components and/or systems. Consults with senior engineers concerning design specifications manufacturing processes and legal safety and government requirements. Formulates engineering conclusions by applying engineering or mathematical principles. Prepares preliminary and alternative sketches of possible design specifications or modifications. Learning role with 1 to 2 years of experience.
