This is a well-established PPO-based practice known for its excellent patient flow strong internal referral system and supportive fully staffed specialist team. Located along Floridas Gulf Coast Sarasota offers stunning beaches vibrant arts and culture top-tier dining and a high quality of life.

Salary and Benefits

• Paid on Percentage of Collections (commensurate with experience)
• Annual Compensation Range: $400000 $500000

Responsibilities

• 4 Days Per Week (Ideal Day Off: Tuesday)
• Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• No weekends or evenings
• Consistent schedule in a high-efficiency clinical environment

• Provide comprehensive oral surgery services

• Work in a fully staffed specialist office with strong clinical support
• Collaborate with two in-house Periodontists and the broader dental team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of care
• Deliver patient-centered compassionate treatment
• Utilize modern technology in a fully digital office

Requirements

• Clear and Active Florida Dental License
• Completion of an Accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Residency Program
• Active DEA License
• IV Sedation Permit (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-specialty environment
