Womens Health Plaza is looking for an experienced caring patient centered Ultrasound Sonographer to join our team! This position will support a team of four providers in providing the highest quality evidenced based care to our patients.
Responsibilities include:
Performs a variety of diagnostic OB/GYN ultrasounds including assisting physicians with ultrasound guided procedures
Ensure quality and accuracy of images for interpretation by a Radiologist
Complete worksheets and maintain proper documentation for each study performed
Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients
Schedules and coordinates tests
Qualifications:
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Required
Graduates 2017 or later must also have Associates degree
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through American Heart Associate or American Red Cross required
Minimum 1 year experience in OB/Gyn ultrasound
Reliable adaptable and professional
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable working independently
Hours: 8:00am 5:00pm
