• Officiate games (flag football soccer basketball baseball and more) fairly and consistently while ensuring the safety of all participants.
• Maintain a fun and supportive game environment that emphasizes sportsmanship over competition.
• Engage with players and coaches in a positive encouraging manneroffering age-appropriate guidance and correcting behavior with professionalism and care.
• Serve as a mentor and role model especially for first-time players.
• Clearly explain rules to players and coaches to promote understanding and development.
• Collaborate with site leadership and other officials to ensure smooth operations throughout game day.
• Assist with field or court setup maintenance and teardown ensuring facilities are ready and clean.
• Represent i9 Sports in a professional and friendly manner with families and venue staff.

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs (e.g. equipment bins field markers).
• Able to stand walk run and move around the field or court for extended periods.
• Willing to work outdoors or indoors depending on the sport and season.
• Comfortable being active in varying weather conditions (heat wind light rain etc.).

• Prior experience officiating or playing youth sports (any sport) is strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of the rules and flow of at least one major youth sport (training provided for others).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for working with kids and families.
• Dependable punctual and team-oriented.
• Available to work weekends throughout the season (typically 48 hours on Saturdays and/or Sundays).
• Officiating certification is a plus but not required.
