How will you make an impact in this role

American Express Nordics Consumer Acquisition is a 10-person team responsible for marketing and growth in Sweden Norway and Finland. We are seeking a manager to lead our External Acquisition team.

What youll do:

• Lead two marketing analysts.
• Manage and oversee a focused media mix of social media experiential marketing and paid search.
• Strengthen our position in the travel and dining segments.
• Develop innovative strategies and campaigns by questioning the status quo.
• Analyze results to gain insights and improve.
• Lead with a focus on quality risk management and process efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Possess a growth-driven marketing mindset with a broad passion for advertising in general with a comprehensive focus on digital media search and content strategies.
• Track record of creating buzz and excitement for products and brands in competitive markets.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for continuous learning and personal growth.
• Exhibit advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to guide strategic decision-making.
• Demonstrated expertise in leading and uniting diverse teams to achieve common goals.
• Display excellent communication skills facilitating effective collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Maintain an organized methodical and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
• What youve done before:
  • . studies in Business Administration or similar preferably in Marketing.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing with hands-on expertise across multiple channels.
  • Demonstrated success in managing external agencies and partners to deliver impactful campaigns.

  • Experience working within international teams or matrix organizations is highly valued.
